If a code and the abbreviation PB are marked on the key, the keys were supplied together with a coded property card, as it is a protected key profile with controlled duplication, which is only possible at the Viro factory. In this case, the duplication request must be made by going to a Viro product dealer or an Authorized Service Centre and presenting an original key and the ownership card (or at least the property card if all the keys have been lost). The dealer or the Service Centre will pass the request to Viro who will make the duplications. If, however, the safe has an emergency key which does not show any markings and does not have an ownership card, you must contact our Technical Assistance at Freephone number 800136005 (calling from a landline) on the days and times indicated on the website.
